2. Accounts and User Responsibilities

  • To place orders or access certain features, you may need to create an account with accurate information (e.g., name, email, phone).

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Products and Pricing

  • We strive to display accurate product details (e.g., colors, sizes, materials) for hijabs, abayas, and accessories. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing.

  • Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and does not include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT). Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.

  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.

4. Orders and Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount via Cash on Delivery, Card or bKash, as facilitated through our secure payment gateway.

  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment and our acceptance, sent via email to your provided address.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failures, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued within 7 business days.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within Bangladesh, with estimated delivery of 3-5 business days in Dhaka and 5-7 business days nationwide, subject to courier availability.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

  • 6. Returns and Refunds

  • You are responsible for inspecting any defects and whether the colors & size of the products are true to you, upon receiving from the deliveryman. No complaints or returns will be taken into consideration once our deliveryman has left your place.

  • We accept returns within same day of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Customers bear return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed via original payment method (within 7 business days for bKash & cards) of receiving the returned item, excluding original shipping fees.

  • Non-returnable items include items damaged by misuse.

  • In special circumstances, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund, with shipping costs covered by us.

7. User Conduct

  • You agree not to:

    • Use the Site for illegal activities or to resell products commercially.

    • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Site.

    • Post false, offensive, or misleading content (e.g., in reviews).

  • We may remove reviews or content that violate these Terms or harm our community.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All Site content, including product images, logos, and designs, is owned by Aizaan or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

    • Delivery delays or product variations (e.g., color differences due to screens).

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

  • These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by Bangladesh law.

10. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Aizaan, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

  • Upon termination, your account and right to use the Site will cease, but these Terms’ provisions (e.g., liability, intellectual property) will survive.
